“I’ve always run from a young age, however I needed a new challenge. I wanted to go long but with age creeping up on me I wanted to do it properly. I approached Andy and haven’t looked back! I’ve learnt ultra running is not all about running, there’s conditioning and weights, and even yoga to incorporate into the programme. Always injury prone, but since training with Andy I’ve remained injury free and loving life!! I even came 2nd as over 45 in The Lap... It’s all down to following an individual programme.
