Trail Running Coaching

Choose between 1:1 Coaching which is designed around you and your event and Packages in Lickey or Waseley which are perfect for the full coaching experience and for those that want a personalised training plan to follow.

Strength and Conditioning

Individualised training plans built around your life and personal goals. You can choose between strength and conditioning sessions in person or remote sessions.

Poles Training

We offer two poles-specific sessions, which can be done 1:1 or in a small group with numbers capped at 5 so that everyone gets the maximum individual coaching and has a chance to ask any questions they might have.

Group Classes

We hold regular Trail HIIT and Run group sessions all year round at the Lickey Hills, and lead guided runs around the trails of the Lickeys and Waseley Hills.

Run Performance Analysis

The 90 minute head to toe performance analysis, with Warm up, cool down and training advice finalised with a detailed report.

Nutrition Support

In partnership with Optimise Fitness we offer you analysis of your current nutrition and hydration or Individualised Nutrition Support at very competitive prices.

Trail Running Camp

Trail Run West Midlands and Optimize Fitness have teamed up to provide you with a fantastic practical and interactive weekend of trail running specific skills, on the slopes of the Waseley Hills.
