Andy Pye is a UK Athletics Fell/Trail Coach in Running Fitness, Endurance Coach, UESCA Ultra Running Coach, L4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Youth S&C coach, who will guide runners from beginner to elite standard, improve your overall running fitness, strength and technique, as well as preparing you to compete in all distances of off-road running and OCR events.

If you’ve got a long ultra, multi-day project or mountain race on your calendar, a pair of running poles can become your new best friends.
Get confident using poles to help you move more efficiently, while avoiding common mistakes that can lead to annoyance for your fellow trail users or injury for yourself.
We offer two poles-specific sessions, which can be done 1:1 or in a small group with numbers capped at 5 so that everyone gets the maximum individual coaching and has a chance to ask any questions they might have.

Midland Tops Round
As I approach my 40th birthday, I was thinking about why there wasn’t a ‘round’ joining the hills of the West Midlands. I love these hills, I love trail and fell running, so I have created this challenge especially for the midland fell runners.
